Key Stage 3 takes our National Curriculum Primary practice into the subject-specific arena of the Secondary School. Within the Guidelines of the National Curriculum, students study maths, science, history, geography, French, technology, art and design, English language and literature and Spanish language and literature and physical education. Students are ability-grouped in languages and in mathematics.
The Secondary School offers a broad and balanced curriculum and in Key Stage 4 students choose from a wide variety of additional subjects within expressive arts, technology, additional languages and other subjects that cater to particular interests. In Key Stage 4, students can take 9 or 10 GCSE subjects, and their success leads naturally to the Sixth Form.
